Supermemory review
A multimodal memory API with connectors, graphs, SDKs and self-hosted deployment.

Supermemory is an API and deployment platform that gives AI agents persistent memory. It ingests conversations, files, URLs and connected sources, then extracts evolving facts, builds profiles and graph relationships, and enables semantic search, retrieval and traversal. Teams can use hosted cloud deployment, self-hosted or local deployment, making it a fit for developers and organizations building multimodal applications, connector-heavy workflows or data-residency-sensitive systems.
The published monthly plans create a clear progression. Free costs $0 and includes $5 of monthly credits, the full search and memory API, one team seat, unlimited end users and email support. Pro costs $19 per month, adds $20 of credits, auto top-up, all plugins, three team seats and priority support. Max costs $100 per month with $130 of credits, everything in Pro, and a Gmail connector. Scale costs $399 per month, includes $600 of credits, auto top-up, spend caps, S3 and web crawler connectors, unlimited team seats, per-tag access and dedicated support. Enterprise provides custom deployments, unlimited usage, custom metering and billing, custom integrations, SSO and a forward-deployed engineer.
Its ecosystem is broad: Google Drive, Gmail, Notion, OneDrive, GitHub, Granola, Amazon S3 and a web crawler can synchronize external content. SuperRAG handles multimodal extraction and retrieval, while MCP server support, coding-agent plugins, and TypeScript and Python SDKs give developers several integration paths. SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR coverage are listed, and retention policy is configurable. Supermemory suits teams that need persistent, structured memory across varied content and deployment models. A smaller project needing only a single narrow connector may prefer a simpler memory service, while larger production workloads can use Scale or Enterprise controls.
Supermemory pros and cons

- Connectors, MCP, TypeScript and Python SDKs support varied stacks.
- Cloud, self-hosted and local deployment options support residency needs.
- Where it doesn't
- The Free plan includes only one team seat.
- Gmail, S3 and web crawler connectors begin on higher tiers.
- Enterprise uses custom pricing, metering and deployment arrangements.
