Sundeo is church management software for organizing people, households, groups, classes, services, attendance, communication, outreach, follow-up, prayer, and service planning. It is suited to churches that want connected records and ministry workflows in one web-based system, with support for desktop, tablet, and phone use through responsive layouts and install-to-home-screen PWA support. Its feature set is especially relevant for group-led ministry, service coordination, outreach visits, and absence follow-up.

Pricing is split between a one-time software purchase and recurring hosted options. The Self-Hosted plan costs $150 one time and includes the complete Sundeo software for use with existing church hosting, with optional assisted installation and no required monthly Sundeo hosting fee. Sundeo Hosted adds managed hosting, SSL, a server environment, and a hosted Sundeo subdomain for $15 per month, alongside the $150 software purchase. Website + Sundeo Hosting costs $30 per month after the same one-time purchase and includes church website hosting, Sundeo hosting, and automatic updates. Churches choosing hosted plans should account for both the initial purchase and monthly charges.

Sundeo’s breadth is concentrated in internal church operations rather than a broad external ecosystem. It includes people and relationship records, rosters, attendance totals, announcements, private group and class chats, calendars, service templates, printable or PDF prayer sheets, outreach territories and routes, Field Mode, and assigned follow-up tasks. Role-based access supports administrators, leads, users, and parents or guardians. Google Maps is the listed integration, while giving, child check-in, SMS messaging, native mobile apps, and volunteer scheduling are not central parts of the product’s described coverage. Choose Sundeo for groups, service planning, outreach, and follow-up; consider another option if those additional capabilities are core requirements.
