A broad delivery operations suite for teams that need ERP-connected workflows.

SuiteFleet is cloud-based delivery management software for logistics, e-commerce, retail, grocery, distribution, and field-service operations. It brings route optimization, dispatch planning, driver and warehouse mobile apps, live tracking, customer ETA links, proof of delivery, returns management, and delivery analytics into one system. Its web, iOS, Android, and API access make it suited to mid-market teams coordinating multi-stop deliveries across operational and customer-facing workflows.
Pricing is structured as flat monthly account tiers. Starter costs $449 per month and includes the dispatcher console, driver and warehouse apps, live tracking, customer ETA links, and the operations workbench. Growth costs $699 per month and adds limited API access, e-commerce and ERP connectors, custom reports, and priority support. Scale costs $1,199 per month and adds full API access and webhooks, a 3PL carrier integration module, delivery-slot scheduling, an embedded AI assistant, and an advanced audit log. Enterprise includes everything in Scale plus a dedicated customer success manager, SSO with SAML/OIDC, SCIM provisioning, custom data residency, and a dedicated optimization cluster.
SuiteFleet’s main strength is breadth. It covers dispatch, driver assignment, customer notifications, delivery tracking, photo and signature capture, OTP verification, reattempts, returns, analytics, and driver performance tracking. Its integration list includes Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, Odoo, and other ERP and business systems. That makes it a strong fit for organizations that need delivery operations connected to existing enterprise software. Smaller teams with simpler routing needs or tighter budgets should consider a narrower, lower-cost alternative; SuiteFleet is better suited to operations that can use its broader workflow and integration coverage.
