Successware is cloud-hosted business management software for home service contractors, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related trades. It brings together customer relationship management, call booking, scheduling, dispatching, accounting, reporting, inventory, invoicing, and field-service workflows. Its focus suits small and medium-sized HVAC businesses that need one system spanning office administration and technician work in the field.

Dispatch and field operations are central strengths. The scheduling and drag-and-drop dispatch board supports technician qualification, availability, and travel-time matching. Successware Mobile gives technicians job details, customer and equipment history, offline work, sales tools, digital invoicing, payment processing, and real-time job updates. That combination is useful for teams working across service calls where connectivity may vary and where equipment history needs to follow the customer record.

The platform also reaches beyond scheduling with integrated accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and reporting. Estimates, proposals, maintenance and service agreements, renewal lists, bulk invoicing, inventory, and flat-rate price book management support recurring and transactional HVAC work. Integrations include ADP, QuickBooks Payroll, PulseM, Customer Lobby, CompanyCam, Schedule Engine, CallPoint, TomTom one-point AVS, The New Flat Rate, Profit Rhino, and NSPG Price Guide. Pricing is handled through sales contact rather than public plan amounts, and the new platform does not integrate with QuickBooks for accounting. Choose Successware when dispatch depth and accounting coverage matter together; firms seeking QuickBooks accounting integration or self-serve pricing should consider alternatives.
