StudioFolio is cloud-based business software for photographers who need more than image delivery. Its workflow combines client galleries, proofing, project and client management, bookings, contracts, invoices, payment tracking, and photography planning. Clients can view images, mark favourites, rate photos, leave comments, make selections, and download favourites or complete galleries when enabled. The product is suited to wedding, portrait, family, event, commercial, and freelance photographers managing client-facing projects.
The pricing structure gives smaller studios a way to start without a subscription. Starter costs $0 forever and includes every StudioFolio feature, unlimited clients and galleries, and one storage connection. Unlimited costs $12 per month with annual billing or $15 per month with monthly billing.
