Storentic Portal is cloud-hosted self-storage management software for independent facility owners, portfolio managers and management groups. Its web platform brings unit and facility inventory, customer profiles, lease records, reservations, move-in workflows and operational reporting into one system. It is suited to operators who want detailed billing and portfolio records, including staff permissions and renter issue histories, rather than a tool focused only on payments or reservations.

Billing is a central strength: the feature set includes recurring charges, invoice generation, auto-pay, payment plans, late fees, and delinquency, balance and past-due reporting. Online card payments are integrated with Stripe. The published plan is $500 per facility per month, billed monthly, and includes all features, unlimited users, multi-location support, secure online card payments, and onboarding and setup. That per-facility price is an important consideration for operators managing several sites. There is one listed plan, so buyers are not choosing between tiers with different feature bundles.

For multi-site operators, portfolio management and reporting sit alongside inventory views, customer and lease records, reservations, and reservation-to-move-in conversion. Role-based staff permissions and two-step login provide documented access controls; email and phone support are available. Stripe is the only listed integration, which may limit fit for operators whose workflows depend on a broader connected software ecosystem. Online card payments are supported, but tenant-completed online rentals and facility access-control integrations are not documented. Choose Storentic Portal if its billing, delinquency tools, and multi-location records match your operating needs and the per-facility price works for your portfolio. Consider alternatives if broad integrations or documented online rentals are essential.
