StoRegister is cloud-based self-storage management software for independent operators and multi-site portfolios. Its Sleek Web application covers contacts, enquiries, quotations, tenants, contracts, documents, move-ins, move-outs, invoices, payments, credits, refunds, late fees, reports, inventory and interactive site maps. Mini Store adds online booking, rental checkout and tenant self-service through WordPress, iOS and Android channels. Multi-facility and multi-business management make the platform relevant to operators managing more than one site or business.
Pricing is structured per facility. According to the published plans, Basic costs £900 per facility per year with annual billing, or £95 per facility per month with monthly billing. Standard costs £1,680 annually or £175 monthly, adding the Mini Store WordPress Plugin, online reservations and rental checkout, online payment and one registered mobile user device. Premium costs £4,200 annually or £440 monthly, adding three registered mobile user devices, the Mini Store mobile app subscription, mobile operations, booking and tenant access. Enterprise adds dedicated hosting in a customer-preferred AWS Region, portfolio workflows, custom integrations and multi-site migration planning. A mandatory one-time account setup fee also applies.
Payment and ecosystem flexibility is a central strength. StoRegister connects with Stripe, Lyra, Viva.com, Mollie, HyperPay, Vipps MobilePay and PayPal Braintree, alongside accounting and invoicing services including Xero, Fortnox, Sage, Fakturoid, KeyInvoice, Pennylane and Számlázz.hu. SafeRegister bridges supported access-control platforms, while Open API supports approved custom booking portals and integrations. AI Genie provides natural-language assistance inside Sleek Web. Operators needing regional payment options, online rentals and portfolio controls should consider StoRegister; smaller single-facility businesses may find the per-facility pricing and setup fee less suitable.
