Stellon is a wealth-management operating platform from Signet Technologies for boutique wealth managers, family offices and private banks. It brings relationship management, investment governance, operations, compliance, finance, reporting and client-facing capabilities into one governed system. Role-specific consoles support investment, risk, finance, legal, operations and family governance teams. The platform is particularly suited to established practices managing multiple entities, custodians, asset classes or jurisdictions, especially within European and UK regulatory environments.

Its strongest area is breadth across operational control and governance. Stellon supports consolidated reporting, investment mandates, SAA/TAA, GIPS composites, private-markets analytics, entity and family governance, document storage, workflow builders, approval paths, configurable fee rules and custodian reconciliation. Role-based access controls and immutable audit trails support oversight, while the client portal provides net worth, holdings, reports and an AI assistant. Integrations cover custodian banks, PMS/OMS platforms, market and reference-data feeds, firm accounting, KYC, e-signature, sanctions and adverse-media vendors, email, calendars, files and aggregator migration.

The commercial structure is tiered around organizational complexity. Office targets a single office or single-jurisdiction boutique and includes the full operating platform, with express implementation available. Practice is designed for multi-family offices or wealth managers with several teams and up to a few jurisdictions, with broad module scope. Its published commercial structure also separates indicative Year 1 implementation and onboarding from the annual recurring platform fee plus selected Intelligence. Enterprise is aimed at private banks or large multi-family offices operating across four or more jurisdictions, adding optional Sovereign AI, a dedicated audit liaison, an SLA and a named team. Stellon should suit firms seeking a governed, integrated operating environment; smaller offices wanting a lightweight standalone tool may find its scope disproportionate.

Stellon pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Consolidates reporting across custodians, entities and asset classes
    • Combines governance, workflows, reconciliation, documents and audit trails
    • Connects custodians, PMS/OMS, compliance, accounting and client-facing tools
  • Where it doesn't
    • Pricing is proposal-based and requires contact with sales
    • There is no free plan for initial evaluation
    • Its broad scope may exceed the needs of smaller, simpler offices
