Statii is cloud-based manufacturing resource planning software for small and medium-sized make-to-order manufacturers. It brings together quoting, sales, purchase, delivery, and works orders with production scheduling, shop-floor data collection, inventory, quality management, personnel tracking, and invoicing. Its manufacturing scope fits businesses such as metal fabrication, machining, plastics, furniture, electronics, automotive, aerospace, and additive manufacturing.

Pricing separates access by role. A Main user subscription costs £57.50 per user per month and includes access to the entire system and all Statii features. A Shop floor user subscription costs £8.50 per user per month and includes a shop-floor account, tablet access, stock withdrawal, delivery acceptance, and job clock-in and clock-out. A 14-day free trial is available. This structure can suit manufacturers that need broad access for office or production-management staff while keeping shop-floor access at a lower monthly price.

The strongest fit is a manufacturer that wants one focused system for production visibility and operational control. Features include visual scheduling with capacity management, automated replenishment, real-time job progress, operator labour-time capture, batch and serial number traceability, and quality workflows covering nonconformance reports, evidence, corrective actions, and rework. Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks integrations support accounting workflows, including invoicing and purchase-order synchronization. Statii is less suitable for organizations seeking a wider enterprise integration ecosystem or a permanent free plan. Manufacturers needing a straightforward cloud MES with core planning, shop-floor, inventory, quality, and accounting capabilities should consider it.

Statii pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Works orders, scheduling, and shop-floor time capture in one system
    • Batch and serial traceability with quality and rework workflows
    • Accounting integrations with Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks
  • Where it doesn't
    • Web deployment only
    • Less integration-rich than enterprise MES products
    • No permanent free plan
