Spreadly Email Signatures is a cloud service for creating, distributing, and updating employee email signatures from a central location. It is designed for organizations managing branded communications across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Google Workspace, with support for desktop and mobile email clients. Administrators can apply branding, legal disclaimers, dynamic placeholders, conditional content, and campaign elements across employee accounts.

The plan structure is straightforward. Basic includes centralized signature management, one template, branding controls, legal disclaimers, cross-device signatures, and a template library. Standard adds unlimited templates, department and team-specific signatures, targeted signatures and banners, scheduled signatures and campaign banners, plus usage metrics and engagement dashboards. Both plans are paid, and a 30-day free trial is available. Pricing varies by team size and contract term, so organizations should evaluate the commercial structure alongside their rollout size.

Its strongest fit is for teams that need more than static signature templates. Integrations with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace Directory, BambooHR, and Personio support employee data synchronization, while Liquid templating and conditional content allow signatures to adapt to recipient and message context. SSO, SCIM provisioning, and RBAC add administrative controls for larger organizations. Standard is the better match for departments running campaigns or measuring engagement; smaller teams needing a single branded template may find Basic sufficient, while organizations seeking a free or minimal signature tool should look elsewhere.
