Sprad is a web-based recruiting and talent management platform for hiring teams that want more than applicant tracking. Its free ATS Core includes a career site, Google for Jobs, pipeline and candidate management, team roles, analytics, and an MCP / AI connection. The wider product adds AI application screening, active sourcing, voice and video interviews, candidate self-scheduling, outreach, referral workflows, and talent-pool management. That breadth makes it a fit for small teams and larger recruiting functions seeking one recruiting stack, while teams needing only a lightweight ATS may find its wider module set unnecessary.

Pricing is modular. ATS Core is free forever, and Living Talent Pool is also free. CV & skills screening costs €0.10 per screening, while AI voice interviews cost €6 per interview. Active Sourcing is €300 per month, Referral is €99 per month, and Sprad HR platform + Atlas AI Agent costs €5 per employee. This structure lowers the entry barrier, but teams using several automation features will need to account for both usage-based and recurring module costs. The paid tiers add screening, interviews, sourcing, referrals, and broader talent-management capabilities rather than placing everything in one package.

Sprad’s ecosystem fit is a notable strength. It integrates with softgarden, Greenhouse, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Personio, HiBob, Lever, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Teamtailor, Ashby, JOIN, and d.vinci, along with Claude and ChatGPT. Its recruiting workflow includes automated sourcing across 1B+ profiles, candidate-maintained living profiles, automated follow-up, and explainable scoring with evidence quotes. Choose Sprad if you want a free ATS with optional AI recruiting modules and connections to established HR systems. Consider another option if your priority is a single bundled price, a non-web deployment, or a narrowly focused recruiting tool.

Sprad pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Free ATS includes career site, pipelines, analytics and AI connection
    • AI screening, sourcing, interviews, scheduling and outreach cover the funnel
    • Explainable scoring and integrations support existing ATS and HR systems
  • Where it doesn't
    • Advanced capabilities are split across separate paid modules
    • Screening and voice interviews use per-use pricing
    • Web deployment may not suit teams requiring another platform
