SpotOn Restaurant is a restaurant point-of-sale and management system for full-service, quick-service, fine-dining, bar, brewery, café, and other restaurant operators. It combines ordering, payments, menu management, table layouts, reporting, online ordering, reservations, employee scheduling, labor management, kitchen display, and multi-location management. The platform is available on web, iOS, Android, and through an API, with support for offline POS operation and payment synchronization.

Pricing is structured around three plans. The All-In Plan is listed at $0 per station per month and includes POS software and hardware, ordering, payments, table layouts, menu management, and reporting. It requires processing fees, processing minimums, and a minimum two-year term. POS Essentials costs $55 per station per month with monthly billing and adds 24/7 support to the core ordering, payment, table, menu, and reporting tools. Build Your Own uses custom pricing, custom processing rates, a custom software bundle, and 24/7 support. SpotOn Reserve, SpotOn Order, and other connected products may carry separate fees.

Its ecosystem is a strong fit for restaurants that want several operating functions connected in one system. Integrations include DoorDash, Uber Eats, Deliverect, 7shifts, MarginEdge, QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto, Paychex, Paylocity, OpenTable, and Resy. SpotOn also offers commission-free online ordering, digital waitlists, an AI menu assistant, loyalty and marketing tools, mobile handhelds, and connected products such as SpotOn KDS and SpotOn Teamwork. Choose it if you need broad restaurant operations coverage or multi-location management; consider another option if you prefer a narrower system without processing requirements, term commitments, or separate fees for connected products.
