SpokenPlan is an iPhone voice-notes app for people who capture ideas, reminders, and follow-ups by speaking. It transcribes recordings on the device, then turns them into summaries, key points, topic tags, and actionable to-dos. Extracted tasks are organized into Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, and Week-ahead buckets, making it a focused fit for solo users and small teams who want lightweight planning built around voice input rather than a broad work-management system.

The plan structure supports a gradual start. The Free plan costs $0 forever and includes unlimited voice recording, unlimited on-device transcription, five AI summaries, and basic title search. The Monthly plan costs $9.99 per month and adds unlimited AI summaries, action item extraction, the Full Daily Planner, smart folders and tags, date detection, and weekly insights. The Annual plan costs $59.99 per year, includes everything in Monthly, and comes with a 7-day free trial. The published starting price is $4.99 per user per month with annual billing. Apple-managed refunds may be requested within 14 days of a charge.

SpokenPlan’s strongest distinction is the path from speech to structured planning: natural-language date detection, automatic checklists, AI-generated organization, full-text search, productivity insights, and text or Markdown export all extend the original voice note. Its platform fit is narrower than a connected planning suite, however. It is iOS-only and does not include integrations, calendar sync, or recurring tasks. Choose SpokenPlan if voice capture and automatic organization are the priority; choose an alternative if cross-platform access, connected calendars, integrations, or recurring-task workflows are essential.
