SpenVest is a customer rewards platform for Australian restaurants and other local businesses. It connects sales from supported POS systems or authenticated APIs to digital stamp cards, points, reward thresholds, store credit, cashback, offers, gift cards and customer histories. Restaurants can keep an existing POS or use the Lite Cloud POS. Its fit is clearest for single-location operators that want to start with a free connection plan and add paid loyalty capabilities as needed.

Pricing is structured around a free Connect plan and a paid Rewards Engine. Connect costs AUD 0 per location per month and includes a supported POS connection, merchant presence and profile, basic offers, and read-only external reward balances. Rewards Engine costs AUD 39 per location per month, billed monthly, and adds points, stamps, SVC and cashback; reward thresholds, campaigns and bonus rules; redemption authorisations and refund reversals; customer matching and segmentation; digital receipts; and click and collect and local delivery. Pricing is in AUD per location per month and excludes GST. Lite Cloud POS, Cloud POS and Cloud POS Hospitality are separate listed plans, with the latter two marked as coming soon.

The platform’s strongest practical angle is its connection between loyalty activity and restaurant transactions. POS sales and refund integrations support reward redemption and refund reversals, while customer matching, segmentation and digital receipts extend the customer-history layer. Square, Shopify POS and Clover connections are listed alongside an authenticated API and webhooks, giving merchants both standard integration paths and options for merchant-built connections. Operators needing hospitality workflows can look to Cloud POS Hospitality for floor, table, open-bill, waiter and kitchen operations, plus table QR ordering, reservations and catering when available. SpenVest suits a restaurant wanting loyalty features without replacing its current supported POS. Businesses needing a multi-location entry configuration or immediately available hospitality POS functionality should consider a different fit.
