Sparkup combines live and automated webinars with registration, audience interaction, recording, analytics and hybrid-event tools.

Sparkup is a browser-based webinar and live-video platform from Meet & Connect SJSC, a French company whose LinkedIn profile lists Paris headquarters, 11–50 employees and a 2021 founding year. It targets communications, training, marketing and event teams running external webinars, town halls and hybrid sessions. Sparkup’s site names customers including Decathlon, L’Oréal, CGI, Coca-Cola and Nissan; those references are vendor-published.
The product covers registration pages and reminder emails, browser production, screen sharing, branded layouts, recording, replay and engagement reporting. Live sessions can include chat, moderated Q&A, polls, quizzes, word clouds, emoji reactions, raised hands and a video mosaic that brings participants on screen. Business plans add pre-recorded simulive webinars, while an AI feature provides translated subtitles in more than 100 languages. In a vendor case study, CGI reported participants connected for more than 90% of meeting time, over 20,000 live reactions and 97% satisfaction. Independent proof is limited: Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice each show 5.0/5 from two reviews; G2 shows two incentivized reviews dated 2024, scored individually at 3.5 and 4/5.
Sparkup’s Free plan streams live video to one external destination, with sessions of up to 2 hours. Paid plans start with Live stream at €45 per month (€34 per month billed annually), which streams to up to 10 destinations. Webinar starts at €99 per month for 100 participants (€79 billed annually) and Events at €159 per month for 100 participants (€124 billed annually), with larger participant tiers and sessions of up to 4 hours. Enterprise pricing is on request, and each paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A sponsored SaaS Radar review, which discloses that Sparkup commissioned it, reports no documented native CRM connector and highlights the small public review base. Teams that need deep CRM campaign workflows, extensive independent review history or a lower-cost high-volume plan should compare Livestorm, LiveWebinar or Zoom Webinars.
Sparkup pros and cons
- Where it wins
- Polls, Q&A, quizzes, word clouds and audience video mosaic are built into the live experience.
- A Free plan for streaming to one destination; paid plans from €45/month, each with a 14-day free trial.
- GDPR statement, France hosting, SAML SSO and API access support larger teams.
- Where it doesn't
- The Free plan covers streaming to one destination; webinars need the Webinar plan, from €99/month.
- Webinar and Events prices rise with participant tiers, and Enterprise pricing is on request.
- Public review evidence is thin, and a sponsored review reports no documented native CRM connector.
