Solutionpath StREAM is a student engagement analytics platform for universities and higher-education providers. It combines educationally purposeful activity data from virtual learning environments, library systems, attendance, assessments and other institutional systems to help staff understand engagement. Student and staff dashboards provide individual, module, course and cohort-level views, while engagement scores and predictive analysis support earlier identification of students who may need help. Its strongest fit is with institutions that want a focused system for coordinating engagement interventions rather than a general-purpose learning analytics suite.

The platform’s standout capability is its intervention workflow. Daily cohort engagement scores, real-time engagement visualisation and automated alerts highlight changes in behaviour, while predictive analysis identifies students at risk of withdrawal. Staff can review learning journey maps, record interactions and refer students to support services. Custom filters, including UKVI filters, add flexibility for institutional processes. Institution-specific algorithm and data-model customisation can further align the system with local priorities, making it suitable for universities that need their analytics approach shaped around their own data and intervention model.

StREAM is available through the web and follows a contact-sales pricing model.
