SolSwitch Cloud Hosted PBX review
A hosted phone system with multi-level IVR, skills-based routing, queues, and callbacks.

SolSwitch Cloud Hosted PBX is Sunwire’s cloud-hosted business phone system for small, mid-market, and enterprise teams, including remote, hybrid, and multi-site organizations. It brings phone numbers, extensions, auto-attendants, call routing, queues, reporting, and voicemail transcription into a managed service, with web, desktop, and mobile access. Teams that need structured call handling are the clearest fit; organizations looking mainly for a basic phone line may not need its routing and communications breadth.
Call handling is a particular strength. The feature set includes multi-level auto-attendants and IVR, skills-based routing, time rules, queues, and automated callbacks, alongside live monitoring and reporting in the administrator web portal. Voicemail and call transcription are available, while desktop and mobile softphone applications support distributed teams. Microsoft Teams calling integration and custom CRM, ERP, and API integrations give organizations options to connect the phone system with their existing workflows. The named integrations also include SolSwitch Connect, Click-to-Dial, CallTheory WTCP, Northern911 Address Info, TaxiCaller, and Oracle CX. This makes SolSwitch a stronger candidate for teams that value configurable call flows and business-system connections than for buyers seeking a narrowly scoped calling service.
The paid plans build on one another. SolSwitch Pro includes unlimited local calling, one DID number per user, the administrator portal, reporting and monitoring, and 24/7 emergency support. Pro+ adds unlimited North America calling, incoming toll-free calling, call recording storage, virtual faxing, and 100 minutes of voicemail transcription. Enterprise+ includes those Pro+ features, plus SolSwitch Connect or Microsoft Teams access, unlimited SMS/MMS and multichannel messaging, unlimited voicemail transcription, and unlimited text-to-speech. Pricing is per user per month and displayed in CAD; the plans’ feature progression helps buyers compare calling, messaging, and transcription needs. Teams wanting Teams access or SolSwitch Connect included should look at Enterprise+; buyers who do not need advanced routing or the upper-tier additions may prefer a simpler system.
