Solid Route Accounting review
A route-to-accounting workflow with offline mobile sales, inventory control and proof of delivery.

Solid Route Accounting connects direct store delivery work with route accounting for small and mid-sized distributors. Drivers can plan and organize routes, navigate between stops, enter orders, issue invoices or credits, collect payments, and track truck and warehouse inventory. The system supports both van sales and pre-sell operations, with Solid Sales Pro available for Android and iOS. It is suited to teams that need field transactions and back-office records in one workflow, rather than a route planner alone.
Field operations are a notable strength: route sheets can show customer sales history and suggested order quantities, while load sheets, barcode scanning, stock counts, and transfers help track inventory. Offline mobile transactions allow drivers to continue work when connectivity is unavailable. Proof of delivery includes signature capture, and trip reports and stop analysis provide reporting on route activity. These capabilities make the product a fit where order capture, stock movement, and delivery confirmation need to travel together; teams looking only for basic route scheduling may find its accounting and inventory scope unnecessary.
Accounting and ERP fit should guide the buying decision. Integrations include QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Sage 100, Solid Business Central, and SYSPRO. The published Sage 100 plans are Professional and Enterprise: Professional includes standard features, Sage 100 integration via Solid Fusion, mobile customer and inventory features, and transaction and reporting features; Enterprise includes the integration and an enterprise feature set. The vendor lists a 35-day trial. Choose Solid Route Accounting if those field workflows and supported accounting connections match your operation; compare alternatives if you need a free plan or a narrower scheduling-focused tool.
