Finance teams can use Soldo to issue physical and virtual company cards, allocate ring-fenced funds, control employee spending, and manage expenses in one platform. It supports budgets for individuals, teams, projects, and departments, with tools for purchase requests, approvals, receipt capture, OCR, VAT details, reimbursements, reporting, and exports. The product is particularly suited to multi-currency teams that need structured oversight across employee and operational spending.

Soldo is a paid product with no free plan and includes a 30-day trial. Standard provides one company wallet, three users, three physical or virtual cards, up to 20 outbound bank transfers per month, user permissions, role management, and mobile receipt capture. Plus expands this to three company wallets and up to 30 monthly outbound transfers, while adding team budget wallets and multi-currency spending. Unlimited removes the stated limits on company wallets, users, cards, and outbound transfers, and adds custom expense approval workflows plus integration with SAP Concur and more than 100 software systems.

The platform fits businesses that want controls and expense administration beyond issuing cards alone. Its web, iOS, and Android access supports different working styles, while the API and integrations with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Exact Online, DATEV, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP Concur, TravelPerk, and Amazon Business support accounting and operational workflows. Choose Soldo when wallets, approvals, receipts, reimbursements, and multi-currency management matter together. A simpler card-only program may be a better fit for teams that do not need this wider spend-management scope.
