Solaryx is cloud-hosted web software for Belgian tanning salons, wellness centers and multi-site networks. Its central distinction is relay-box control for tanning beds: the system can trigger automatic starts, run countdowns and stop sessions. Around that, it combines online booking for beds and staff, customer records, point of sale, reporting and accounting exports. It also covers session packages, gift cards, prepaid wallets, loyalty points, product inventory and click-and-collect, making it suited to salons that want bed operations and commercial administration in one system.

The published plans show a €150 monthly Platform subscription per site, with hosting, updates and support included and no long-term subscription commitment. Setup & installation costs €3,000 per site and includes configuration, go-live, team training, equipment and solarium bed controllers. An optional CCV A35 payment terminal costs €35 per terminal per month, with a six-month minimum per device. Prices are shown excluding VAT, so the installation package is a substantial upfront commitment for a small salon even though the software subscription is monthly.

Solaryx runs on the web and supports Mollie and CCV A35 integrations. Its POS can continue handling product and tanning-session sales when the internet is unavailable, while dashboards and exports support ongoing administration. The feature set is tightly aligned with Belgian tanning compliance and automated UV-bed workflows, rather than broad appointment management: spray-tan scheduling is not included, and the planned self-service kiosk is unavailable. Choose Solaryx if relay-box bed control, Belgian compliance and offline selling are priorities; consider another system if spray-tan appointments or a ready-to-use kiosk are central requirements.

Solaryx pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Relay-box automation starts, counts down and stops tanning beds
    • Offline POS plus packages, wallets, gift cards and loyalty tools
    • Belgian compliance features with multi-site customer records
  • Where it doesn't
    • €3,000 per-site setup and installation fee raises initial cost
    • No spray-tan scheduling is included
    • Self-service kiosk is still in development and unavailable
