SolarSAAS is a cloud-based platform for installers, EPC firms, manufacturers, distributors, consultants and O&M providers. It brings together AI-powered solar layout generation and system sizing, CRM, quotation and proposal management, project planning, procurement, inventory, invoicing, helpdesk, maintenance and analytics. Web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android support, along with customer portals and mobile workforce tools, gives solar organizations a single system for office and field operations.

Pricing is structured across three monthly plans. Growth costs $199 per month and includes AI-driven CRM, AI-based quotation and proposal management, AI-powered solar design management, inventory, project and procurement management. Premium costs $275 per month and adds advanced AI-enabled project management, AI-powered supply chain and procurement, advanced dashboards and reporting, multicurrency and multilanguage support, and document management. Enterprise costs $399 per month and adds unlimited users, smart logistics and freight tracking, custom approval workflows, automated maintenance scheduling and enterprise-wide integration capabilities. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.

The main appeal is breadth: SolarSAAS extends from lead management and system design through installation checks, technician dispatch, customer support, post-installation maintenance, finance and payment-status tracking. Its integration list includes QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, which helps align solar operations with accounting, sales and enterprise systems. Large teams that want connected business and field workflows should find the scope relevant. Smaller or narrowly focused teams may prefer a more specialized tool if they do not need procurement, inventory, finance, service and project operations in one platform.
