SolarIonix is a web, Android, and API platform for Indian solar installers and EPC companies. It brings lead CRM, pipeline management, seven-stage project tracking, configurable checklists, GST documents, inventory control, subsidy workflows, customer status pages, reports, and an offline field app into one system. Teams can manage projects from survey through design, procurement, installation, commissioning, handover, and completion, with GPS-tagged photos and real-time synchronization between field and office users.

Pricing is straightforward for smaller teams. The 14-day Free Trial unlocks all features for one user, with unlimited leads and projects, GST invoicing and PDFs, and no credit card requirement. The Starter plan costs INR 999 per month, billed monthly, for up to three users and includes the Android field app, basic reports, inventory management, GST invoicing and PDFs, and email support. Professional costs INR 2499 per month, billed monthly, and adds unlimited users and leads, advanced reports and analytics, API access, custom PDF branding, a customer portal, and priority support. Prices exclude GST.

SolarIonix is a focused fit when field documentation, project stages, Indian tax invoicing, stock movement, and PM Surya Ghar subsidy paperwork matter more than workforce dispatch. Its integrations include WhatsApp, Google Ads, JustDial, IndiaMART, CSV, Excel, Tally, and Zoho CRM, giving installers several routes for lead and business-data exchange. The main trade-off is operational coverage: crew scheduling and service visit tracking are not included. Choose SolarIonix for installation delivery and office-field coordination; consider an alternative if post-installation service management or crew planning is central.
