Solar ERP is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning platform for solar installation companies. It brings CRM and account histories, a 21-stage project pipeline, work orders, scheduling, inventory, fleet management, time tracking, financials, permitting, engineering workflows, system monitoring, calculators and digital contract signing into one web platform. The Free plan includes unlimited users and projects, making it a practical starting point for teams that want broad operational coverage without an upfront subscription cost.
Pricing is structured around a free entry tier and paid expansion. Free includes CRM, project management, work orders and scheduling, inventory and fleet management, timeclock and timesheets, plus financials and QuickBooks sync. Pro costs $725 per month when billed monthly or $495 per month with annual billing. It adds an AI assistant, customer project portal, premium calculators, plans review, advanced reporting, custom dashboards and priority email support. Enterprise adds white-glove data migration, a dedicated onboarding specialist, custom API integrations, SSO / SAML authentication, priority phone and video support, and multi-branch or multi-location support.
The platform’s ecosystem is a strong fit for solar businesses already working across design, monitoring, finance and scheduling tools. Integrations include Enphase, SolarEdge, Tesla, QuickBooks Online, OpenSolar, Aurora Solar, Google Calendar, Nearmap, Podio, Fronius and Resend. GPS-enabled timesheets, fleet maintenance, permitting queues, webhooks for digital signing and drag-and-drop scheduling extend its operational reach. However, Solar ERP is web-only, which may limit teams that need dedicated mobile field workflows. Choose it for a broad ERP foundation and connected back office; consider an alternative if mobile field support is central to daily installation work.
