Softphone Plus is a cloud softphone platform for call centers, sales teams, and support desks. It connects to an existing SIP server, PBX, or SIP provider for calling, then adds a web dashboard for administration and monitoring. Teams get automatic call recording, synchronized screen recording, real-time analytics, reports, agent and team management, SIP account provisioning, and SRTP encryption. Web, Windows, macOS, Linux, and API access support mixed operating environments.

Pricing is organized by seat and billed annually. Agent costs $5 per seat per month and includes SIP calling, call and screen recording, a basic live dashboard, three core reports, 90-day call log retention, REST API access, and webhooks. Professional costs $9 per seat per month and adds all 9+ reports, SLA monitoring, 12-month log retention, supervisor whisper and barge, and a white-label portal. Business costs $15 per seat per month, adds custom data retention, SSO / SAML, dedicated onboarding, and priority SLA support, and requires a 50-seat minimum. A 14-day trial is advertised.

The strongest fit is for teams that need more than a dialer, especially where call records, screen activity, supervisor oversight, and operational reporting matter. Its API, webhooks, live call events, and integrations with SIP servers, PBX systems, and SIP providers support workflow automation around an existing telephony setup. The desktop clients broaden deployment options, while roles and permissions help organize agents and teams. Teams needing only basic SIP calling may find the recording, analytics, and management layers unnecessary. Smaller organizations should also weigh the annual billing structure and the 50-seat Business minimum before choosing the highest tier.
