SoftMaker FlexiPDF is a Windows desktop PDF editor for personal and business use. It covers core document work, including editing existing text, images and drawings, rearranging pages, merging and splitting PDFs, adding comments, tracking changes, and filling or creating interactive forms. It also supports digital signatures, OCR for scanned documents, PDF comparison, and exports to Microsoft Word, TextMaker, HTML, EPUB, image and text formats. Its fit is strongest for Windows users who want one desktop application spanning editing, conversion and document preparation.

Pricing offers two subscription choices under FlexiPDF NX: $3.99 per month or $39.90 per year. Both include automatic translation, AI document summarization and scanning with OCR. The NX license covers one company computer or three household computers. FlexiPDF 2025 costs $99.95 as a one-time purchase and includes the full-featured PDF editor, scanning and OCR, with the same computer licensing terms. This gives buyers a choice between lower recurring cost and a perpetual purchase, although every listed edition is paid.

The product’s standout breadth is its combination of editing, OCR, forms, signatures, comparison and conversion, with DeepL and ChatGPT integrations adding translation and summarization in NX. A downloadable trial can be used for as long as desired, but edited pages carry a watermark, so it is better suited to evaluation than ongoing document production. FlexiPDF should appeal to Windows users who need broad PDF capabilities at a low starting price. It is less suitable for teams that require a non-Windows version or a free plan.
