Course content can include video, audio, text, images, files, tests, assignments, and certificates, while unlimited students are included across the published plans. It is suited to academies that want learning delivery and marketing operations in one system.
Pricing is structured around Mini, Pro, and Max, with monthly and annual options. Mini costs $39 per month or $399 per year and includes unlimited students, unlimited courses, 5 GB of Softbook Cloud, and 3 AI course generations per month, but no email campaigns. Pro costs $89 per month or $899 per year and adds 50 products, 10 workflows, 2,000 emails per month, 5 website pages, and 10 team members. Max costs $159 per month or $1,599 per year and includes unlimited products, workflows, website pages, and team members, plus 5,000 emails per month.
