Pro costs $55 per month or $600 per year, adding service and city pages, unlimited AI edits, project case-study pages and priority support. The strongest operational fit is the combination of scheduling, service documentation, billing and customer communication. Automated invoice reminders and estimate follow-ups support recurring seasonal work, while the AI phone assistant, website tools and estimate widget extend the product beyond internal record-keeping. Stripe and QuickBooks Online provide payment and accounting connections. The main limitation for snow operations is routing: ServeHub does not sequence stops by drive time. It also has no Android app or offline mode.
