Recurring billing and collections with a client portal, starting at $50 per month.

SnapBill is cloud-based subscription billing software for businesses selling online or offline. Its web interface brings recurring and one-time charges, invoicing, payment collection, reconciliation, and customer account management together. Small businesses that want a single system for basic recurring billing are the clearest fit; larger organizations can move to higher plans for staff access and more specialized billing controls.
The Startup plan costs $50 per month and includes a billing area, online order center, client account management portal, recurring and once-off charges, payment processing and collection, and reports. Premium is $120 per month and adds staff access, user access, staff tracking, and an account manager. Enterprise costs $265 per month; it includes Premium features plus API developer access, rule-based and volume-based billing, telephonic support, and a dedicated account manager. These are monthly paid plans, and the published pricing notes that fees are exclusive of VAT. There is no free plan.
Billing coverage is broader than recurring charges alone: SnapBill can generate invoices, quotations, credit notes, and statements, and supports recurring card and direct-debit processing, payment reconciliation, past-due warnings, and automated debit collections. Multiple currencies and VAT settings may suit businesses serving customers across markets. REST/JSON API access and webhooks are available, but API developer access is an Enterprise-plan feature. The product also lists PCI DSS compliance and email, phone, ticket, and documentation support, with 24/7 support. Choose SnapBill if these billing and collection functions fit your workflow and plan budget. Businesses that depend on listed integrations or need API access below Enterprise should compare alternatives.
