SmartRoutes is delivery management software for logistics, courier, retail, furniture and eCommerce operations. It brings order import, multi-vehicle route optimization, dispatch, live tracking, customer notifications and proof of delivery into one platform. Teams can work from a desktop route planner, while drivers use Android or iOS applications. The feature set suits small fleets that need structured delivery operations without separating routing, driver workflows and customer communication across different tools.
Pricing is organized by vehicle and billed monthly. Basic costs $32 USD per vehicle per month and includes unlimited drivers, file upload, route optimization and a driver app. Essentials costs $54 USD per vehicle per month, adding fleet tracking, proof of delivery, customer notifications, and analytics and reporting. Premium costs $65 USD per vehicle per month and adds live ETAs, a delivery tracking portal, label printing and scanning, plus Shopify and WooCommerce integration. A seven-day trial provides a short evaluation period, but there is no free plan. The per-vehicle model is straightforward for smaller fleets, while monthly costs increase as vehicle coverage expands.
SmartRoutes has broad platform and ecosystem coverage for a delivery-focused product. Its integrations include Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Sage 200, Mintsoft, Linnworks, Square, QuickBooks, Zapier, Xero and Zoho Inventory. Open API and webhooks support further connections. Operationally, the platform combines automated SMS and email notifications, a customer live tracking portal, route and driver reporting, live route adjustments, barcode scanning, and photo or signature capture. Pick SmartRoutes if you need routing, dispatch, tracking and electronic proof of delivery in one paid system. Consider another option if you require a free plan or prefer pricing that is not tied to each vehicle.
