SmartConnect is an integration platform from eOne Solutions for technical end users, IT teams, and systems analysts. It connects business applications, ERP and CRM systems, databases, files, and REST services across cloud and on-premises environments. Its strongest fit is Microsoft-centered integration, with connections for Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance, and Sales, Microsoft CRM On-Premise, Dynamics GP, Dynamics NAV, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Graph. Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, Slack, Trello, Popdock, REST APIs, and files extend its reach beyond the Microsoft ecosystem.
The plan structure covers several deployment and integration needs. Migration includes unlimited connections, unlimited integrations, and an on-premises license. Startup provides two standard connections, cloud and on-premises access, unlimited integrations, and an Excel add-in. Business raises the allowance to five standard connections and adds real-time integrations, changes-only integrations, and essential support. Premium includes eight connections, including one premium connection, plus real-time and changes-only integrations and Developer Kit API access. The published pricing model is paid, with monthly prices tied to a 12-month commitment.
SmartConnect’s feature depth is concentrated in data movement and process control. Drag-and-drop mapping, calculated or additional columns, scheduled runs, bulk processing, changes-only processing, real-time integrations, integration tasks, and error notifications support structured integration work. A REST API connector, integration API, Excel add-in, and templates provide additional entry points for business and technical teams. Choose SmartConnect when hybrid deployment and Microsoft ERP or CRM connectivity are central requirements. Organizations seeking a broader iPaaS focus across a wider ecosystem may prefer a platform with less Microsoft-centered positioning.
