Our verdict on SlackBridge
SlackBridge relays messages between selected Slack and Microsoft Teams channels, helping agencies, consultants, managed service providers and software vendors work with clients who use a different chat platform. It is a channel-bridging service rather than a general team chat app: each organization can keep its existing platform while messages move between mapped channels.
Its focus is the relay itself. Threaded replies, mentions, files, reactions and supported text formatting can synchronize across platforms, while per-channel direction controls let teams choose one-way or two-way flow. A Slack workspace can connect multiple Teams tenants. The product is cloud-deployed and web-only, with Slack and Microsoft Teams as its listed integrations, so it suits organizations whose collaboration is already centered on those services rather than teams seeking a wider chat ecosystem.
The Free plan includes two-way messaging and delivery in seconds, and supports one external connection and one channel bridge. Pro costs $49.99 per month, billed monthly, and adds priority support; add-ons are available per connection or channel.
