SKYSITE is cloud-based construction document management software for general contractors, designers, builder-owners, architects, engineers, and project teams. It brings drawings, specifications, photos, RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and project emails into one environment. Core capabilities include document revision history, latest-document sets, markups, OCR content search, automatic drawing hyperlinking, sharing, synchronization, desktop access, and offline mobile viewing and markup.

Pricing is structured around three published per-user monthly plans. Basic costs $19 and includes construction document management, unlimited storage and sheets, a mobile app, desktop synchronization, and workflow processing. Professional costs $39 and adds RFI management, submittal management, punch lists, and photo management. Enterprise costs $59 and is aimed at large or complex construction projects, adding email archiving and an Outlook add-in alongside RFI and submittal management. A 14-day trial is available, while the Advanced option is centered on custom workflows, custom integrations, and a custom SKYSITE Projects cloud.

The platform fits teams that need more than a drawing repository, particularly those managing document revisions, approvals, field markups, and project correspondence. It is available on web, iOS, Android, and through an API, with integrations for Microsoft Outlook, Okta, OneLogin, and Microsoft Azure. The tier structure makes Basic suitable for document control, while Professional is the more complete choice for teams needing RFIs, submittals, punch lists, and photos. Teams needing custom workflows or integrations should consider Advanced; teams wanting those capabilities in a standard package may prefer a different plan structure.
