Its customer-training use cases include onboarding, product education, feature adoption, compliance training, and certification programs. Branded portals, custom domains, and white-label options make it suitable for organizations that need a customer-facing or partner-facing learning experience as well as internal training.
Its strongest differentiator is ecosystem coverage. SkyPrep connects with Zoom, GoToMeeting, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, ClickMeeting, and BigBlueButton for webinars, while Salesforce and HubSpot support CRM connections.
