SkyPlanner APS is advanced planning and scheduling software for manufacturers managing orders, workstations, shifts, materials and changing priorities. It is positioned for discrete, made-to-order and mixed-production environments, and can operate as a standalone system or connect with ERP and MES platforms. The product is available on the web and through an API, with unlimited user seats listed in the main plan. A 30-day trial is available without requiring a credit card.
Its strongest capability is finite-capacity planning that considers machine capacity, labor capacity and material availability. Schedules can be displayed on a Gantt timeline, adjusted through dynamic priorities and alternative workstation routing, and compared before a proposed plan is accepted.
