SkuNexus review
Configurable order routing and warehouse workflows for sellers managing their own fulfillment.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
SkuNexus brings order, inventory, warehouse, and shipping management together for eCommerce merchants that run their own fulfillment. It collects orders from connected sales channels into a single queue, then lets sellers route them to warehouses, vendors, stores, or other fulfillment sources using configurable rules. That makes it a fit for smaller sellers who need control over how orders are fulfilled, as well as operations with multiple fulfillment locations. The vendor describes deployments for businesses handling 50 to 20,000 orders per day.
The workflow spans more than order routing. SkuNexus supports split fulfillment, inventory tracking across locations and channels, warehouse picking and putaway, and barcode verification. Shipping features include carrier-rate comparison and label workflows; returns can move through scanning, inspection, and disposition. Those connected steps may suit sellers who want to coordinate warehouse work and post-purchase processing alongside order allocation. Its integrations include Shopify, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Magento 2, Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce, Shopware 6, Walmart Marketplace, and QuickBooks Online. The product also provides REST API access, with 400 integrations listed.
Pricing is customized to the customer's operation, so buyers need to contact sales rather than select from published fixed-price tiers. SkuNexus is cloud-based, available via web and API, and lists email support. Its breadth may be useful when fulfillment rules, split orders, barcode workflows, and returns all matter in one operation. Sellers looking only for a simple order queue, or those that do not run their own fulfillment, may find this scope less suitable. Smaller merchants comparing costs upfront should also account for the sales-led pricing process before deciding whether the operational fit works for them.
