Skillmeter is a cloud-based assessment platform for recruiters, trainers, educators, and companies that need to create and send customized tests. It supports questionnaire and programming assessments alongside multiple choice, true/false, ranking, essay, file upload, typing-speed, and video-recording questions. Candidate management includes PIN-based access, private and public tests, result notifications, instant reports, and PDF export. A branded test center with a custom subdomain makes it suitable for organizations that want a more recognizable candidate-facing experience without adopting a broader hiring suite.
Its pricing gives smaller teams a straightforward entry point. The On-Demand plans cost $24 for 10 prepaid credits, $69 for 30 credits, or $204 for 100 credits, with 5 users, questionnaire tests, and private tests. These are one-time purchases rather than recurring subscriptions. The Standard plan costs $59 per month, and Premium costs $119 per month; both include questionnaire tests, private tests, and an own subdomain.
