Sincrio is a web-based restaurant document-management platform for operators handling supplier invoices and delivery notes across one or more locations. Its AI-powered OCR extracts vendor, product, amount, and VAT data, then helps match invoices with delivery notes. The platform also provides document history, email-based ingestion, price history by product and supplier, anomaly detection, role-based permissions, and consolidated reporting. It is a focused fit for restaurant groups that need tighter control over purchasing paperwork and supplier discrepancies.

The plan structure scales from a single operation to larger restaurant organizations. Basic includes up to 100 documents, up to 30 reconciliations, and priority support. Professional raises the allowances to 400 documents and 100 reconciliations, adding 24/7 support and advanced export. Multi Pro supports up to 3 restaurants with a shared quota across locations and a single Stripe invoice. Multi Business extends that model to up to 10 restaurants and adds dedicated support and SSO. Enterprise includes unlimited documents and reconciliations, a dedicated Account Manager, and API access. According to the vendor's pricing page, the plans are marked “Próximamente,” while pricing uses a contact-sales model.

Sincrio's strongest angle is reconciliation depth for restaurant purchasing workflows. Configurable reconciliation tolerance and an audit trail support review, while price history and anomaly detection help identify unusual prices and quantity-price inversions. The published integration list includes Google Cloud Storage, Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, POS systems, and ERP systems. However, verified approval workflows and accounting integrations are not included in the positioning. Restaurant groups should choose Sincrio when invoice-to-delivery-note matching and supplier control are central priorities; teams seeking a broader finance workflow should consider an alternative with those capabilities.

    • Matches invoices with delivery notes and flags discrepancies
    • Supports multi-restaurant management with consolidated reporting
  • Where it doesn't
    • Pricing is contact sales with no public paid amount
    • No verified approval workflows or accounting integrations
    • Web-only access may not suit teams needing other platforms
