SimplyCast 360 is a cloud-based marketing automation platform for businesses, nonprofits, government organizations and other teams. It combines email campaigns with SMS, voice, fax and social media campaign integration. Its no-code workflow builder supports personalized campaigns, automated email follow-ups, contact management, audience segmentation, landing pages, forms, reporting and CRM capabilities. The platform is available through the web and API, with email tools for templates, drag-and-drop editing, mobile optimization and campaign analytics.
Pricing is structured across several tiers. Essentials is listed at $229 or $249 and includes 5 users, 10,000 contacts and capacity for up to 50,000 contacts. Standard is listed at $320 or $349, with 10 users, 15,000 contacts and capacity for up to 100,000 contacts. Premium is listed at $470 or $500, with 15 users, 25,000 contacts and capacity for up to 250,000 contacts. Enterprise includes 20 users, 50,000 contacts and capacity for up to 10,000,000 contacts. Corporate includes 50 users, 100,000 contacts, unlimited contacts and a cloud-based or on-premise option. The published plans support unlimited email messages subject to the vendor's stated restrictions.
The main trade-off is breadth versus ecosystem depth. SimplyCast 360 suits teams that want coordinated workflows across several communication channels, with segmentation, lead nurturing, real-time performance tracking and A/B testing in the same platform. Its listed integrations cover Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Pipedrive, Salesforce Live Update, Zapier and Zoho CRM. Organizations focused primarily on conventional email marketing may find the starting price difficult to justify, particularly if they do not need voice, fax or SMS workflows. Larger teams with complex multichannel requirements are the clearest fit; smaller teams seeking a focused email tool should consider a narrower alternative.
