SimpleDock is dock appointment scheduling software for warehouses, distribution centers, 3PLs, and other facilities with loading docks. Teams configure locations, dock doors, operating hours, appointment types, capacity, and scheduling rules, then share booking links with carriers. Carriers can book without an account or app, while operators manage approvals, alternate-time proposals, rejections, driver check-in, dwell tracking, notifications, and a live TV-mode dock board.
