A mobile practice suite that adds trust accounting and banking workflows as plans advance.

SILQ is browser-based legal practice management software for solicitors and barristers, with mobile access through iOS and Android. It brings client and matter management, document generation, time and expense tracking, invoicing, calendars, email management, reporting and trust accounting into one product. The fit is strongest for Australian firms that want matter information available on mobile alongside core trust-accounting workflows and connections to accounting, document-management and office tools.
Its plan structure is progressive. Solicitor Essentials covers client and matter management, multiple fee earners, document generation, 34 matter classes, and time and expense tracking. Solicitor Expand adds e-signatures, task management, trust accounting, AML/CTF integration, conflict checking and Safe Custody. Solicitor Expert adds multiple trust accounts and protected trust, automatic bank feeds, batch payments, API access and restricted matter access. This makes Expand the practical starting point for firms that need trust accounting, while Expert is aimed at more involved banking, access-control and workflow requirements.
SILQ’s trust feature set includes requests, deposits, transfers, disbursements, refunds and client-fund ledger records, supported by audit logs and an audit trail. The product also supports Outlook email management and integrates with Xero, MYOB, NetDocuments, Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, InfoTrack, Microsoft Office and Dropbox. SILQ states that its trust-accounting software is certified by the Law Society of New South Wales. Choose it if integrated trust basics, mobile matter access and broad connectivity matter; firms needing a permanent free plan should look elsewhere.
