SignupDesk is a white-label event registration and management platform for Indian event agencies and companies managing multiple client events. Its feature set covers branded registration pages, configurable forms, paid ticketing, QR passes, onsite check-in, kiosk badge printing, session management, attendee networking, communications, and post-event reporting. Separate domains, branding, tenants, and admin panels let operators present each client event as its own experience.
The published plans show two Platform Access options: monthly and annual. Both include unlimited events across clients, unlimited registrations, white-label client domains and branding, QR passes and a check-in scanner, REST API and webhooks, and Excel/CSV export. SignupDesk uses contact-sales pricing rather than a self-serve checkout, and there is no free plan or self-serve trial. For operators running recurring client programs, the flat access structure and unlimited event and registration allowances are central considerations; teams seeking a transparent entry price may prefer a product with publicly listed tiers.
SignupDesk also fits workflows that need a connected event stack. It supports HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, and webhooks, while WhatsApp tickets, reminders, and event communications extend attendee outreach. Registration forms can include custom fields and coupon codes, and paid events can use multiple ticket types, promo codes, group purchases, and add-ons. Exhibitor lead retrieval portals are included, but the platform’s strongest emphasis is the broader event lifecycle rather than specialized lead capture. Choose SignupDesk when white-label delivery, multi-client administration, check-in, and registration breadth matter most; choose a narrower lead-capture product when exhibitor workflows are the primary requirement.
