SignageWall review
A practical €12-per-screen option for small, distributed signage networks.

SignageWall is a browser-managed digital signage platform for businesses running screens across restaurants, retail, offices, hotels, education and manufacturing. It supports text, images, video, PDFs, PowerPoint, Google Slides, web pages, dashboards, calendars, social feeds, weather, news, menus and QR codes. Players run on Android, Windows, macOS and Linux devices, while content can be stored locally for offline playback. Remote management covers playlists, scheduling, screen groups, layouts and ready-made content apps.
Pricing is straightforward for smaller deployments. The Basic plan costs €12 per screen per month, billed monthly, and includes unlimited content, playlists and scheduling, offline playback, roles and permissions, automatic updates and self-recovery, and email support. A 21-day free trial is available. Enterprise includes everything in Basic, with quoted pricing for networks above five screens, one monthly invoice covering every screen and no minimum term. The platform also fits common content workflows through Microsoft PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Slides, Google Drive, Canva, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Vimeo, Facebook, Dailymotion, Power BI, Google Sheets and Outlook Calendar.
Its strongest fit is a small or mid-sized organization that needs multi-platform playback, scheduled content and centralized publishing without requiring a complex operating model. Offline playback and automatic player recovery support screens that need to continue displaying content when connectivity is interrupted. Zones and layouts add flexibility for split-screen menus, announcements and dashboards. The trade-off is scale and control: the five-screen limit applies before Enterprise pricing, user roles are basic, and the API is read-only. Organizations needing advanced permissions, deeper write-enabled automation or a more extensive enterprise administration layer should consider another platform. SignageWall suits practical, distributed deployments; it is less suited to highly customized or developer-led signage operations.
