SignageTube is digital signage software for businesses, venues, schools, government organizations, and multi-site teams. It centers content creation and publishing on PowerPoint, while also supporting MP4 video, images, audio, RSS, weather, clocks, Excel, and live data. Teams can upload presentations and media, build playlists, schedule playback by date, time, location, or screen group, and manage displays from a centralized dashboard. The platform supports web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and self-hosted deployments, with playback available through Windows and Android players and selected smart TVs.
Pricing is structured by screen and month. SignageTube Cloud costs €8 per screen per month and includes a cloud dashboard, .pptx and .mp4 support, 25 GB of storage, 120+ templates, and Android TV and Windows playback. SignageTube Live Standalone costs €25 per screen per month and adds real-time data in PowerPoint, unlimited storage, Excel, RSS, weather, and clock connections, plus advanced content scheduling. SignageTube Live costs €40 per screen per month and includes .pptx, .mp4, and image support, unlimited storage, 20+ integrations, enterprise automation, and on-premises deployment. A free plan and a 7-day free trial are also available.
Its strongest fit is for teams already producing presentations in PowerPoint and needing centralized scheduling, monitoring, proof-of-play logging, and offline playback. Live plans extend the workflow into Microsoft Excel, SQL and other databases, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Oracle, Yesplan, APIs, weather, RSS, and clock or timer feeds. The main trade-off is focus: organizations seeking a broader role model than basic user roles, or teams that do not work in PowerPoint, may find the platform less suitable. Choose SignageTube for presentation-led, multi-screen operations; consider an alternative when advanced role administration is a primary requirement.
