Sign In App is cloud visitor management software for workplaces, schools and multi-site organizations. It supports visitor pre-registration, invitations with QR codes, kiosk and mobile check-in, host notifications, visitor photos, badge printing and configurable policies. Employees can use the Companion app, while administrators manage visitor records, reports and multiple sites through an online portal. The platform is available on web, iOS, Android and through an API, making it suited to organizations that need a shared visitor process across locations rather than a single reception desk.
Pricing is structured by site and billed annually. Core costs $630 per site per year and includes core visitor management, email and chat support, the Companion app, safety and evacuations, and unlimited visitors. Enhanced costs $1,260 per site per year and adds a pre-visit registration portal, ID scanning, Spaces, time and attendance, and onboarding sessions. Pro costs $1,890 per site per year and adds SSO and SCIM, unlimited SMS, bespoke onboarding, an account manager and telephone support. Executive is positioned for advanced integration, compliance and scalability requirements, with pricing available through sales. A 15-day trial is available.
Its strongest fit is for teams that need configurable controls and operational oversight. Identity-document scanning, identity matching, custom fields, NDAs, questionnaires, emergency evacuation lists and shared reports support more structured visitor processes. Integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Slack, webhooks and the REST API also help it fit into established workplace systems. Organizations wanting a lower-cost visitor tool with a free plan, or a simpler setup focused only on basic check-in, should look elsewhere. Sign In App is better suited to larger organizations willing to pay for multi-site administration, safety workflows and higher-tier identity and access features.
