SigmaPOS Franchise is retail management software for Indian garment and fashion chains managing franchise and company-operated outlets. It supports FOFO, FOCO, and COCO models, EBO and MBO outlets, franchise-level commissions and expenses, restricted franchisee portals, purchasing, inventory, warehouse fulfillment, and analytics. It suits brands moving beyond a single outlet and needing outlet economics alongside point-of-sale operations.

The plan structure maps to operational scale. Starter costs INR 3,499 per month with annual billing and includes single-store POS billing, barcode tools, size and colour variant management, basic sales reports, day open/close reconciliation, onboarding, and training. Growth costs INR 3,999 per month with annual billing and adds real-time multi-store inventory synchronization, GRN processing with conflict detection, inter-store transfers, detailed sales analytics, salesman KPI tracking, and payment reconciliation. Enterprise adds unlimited store locations, multi-warehouse support, franchise model management, commission and expense tracking, a franchise login portal, and an on-premise deployment option, with custom pricing.

Its strongest fit is a fashion or garment brand coordinating franchise outlets, purchasing, warehouses, and head-office reporting in one operating model. The feature set reaches from purchase-order approval to pick, pack, dispatch, barcode verification, KPI reporting, AI demand forecasting, and reorder alerts. That breadth makes it more suitable for growing networks than for a small retailer seeking only checkout and basic stock control. A single-store business may find Starter sufficient, but the franchise workflows and enterprise capabilities matter most when multiple outlets, warehouses, and commercial arrangements need central oversight.
