Sift is an employee directory and organizational chart platform for organizations that want staff to find colleagues, understand reporting relationships, and locate internal skills and expertise. Its core experience combines searchable employee profiles, custom attributes, configurable filters, automatically updated org charts, and pages for teams, projects, departments, and certifications. Web, desktop, mobile, and collaboration-tool access support employees across common workplace environments. It is best suited to growing companies and enterprises that need a structured internal directory connected to HR and IT systems.
The published plans are billed annually and start at 20 users. Sift Org Chart costs $150 per month and includes an automated organizational chart, basic profiles, and unlimited people charted. Sift Directory costs $175 per month and adds custom profiles, search, an API, analytics, and unlimited employee profiles. Sift Complete costs $200 per month and combines the Org Chart and Directory capabilities. Sift Enterprise is designed for organizations with more than 1,000 employees and adds security reviews, a 99.9% SLA, volume discounts, and an extended sandbox or proof of concept. A 14-day free trial is available.
Sift’s ecosystem is a major part of its fit. Integrations include Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace, Workday, LDAP, Okta, UKG, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Outlook, Office 365, Gmail, Zoom, Ping Identity, CSV, and SFTP. The API provides access to aggregated people data, while analytics includes prebuilt reports. Organizations looking for a public business directory or listing-submission workflow should choose a different tool. Sift is the stronger choice for internal discovery, organizational context, and synchronized employee information.
