Shuk Rentals brings rent collection, tenant screening, lease administration, maintenance, messaging, expense tracking, and financial reporting into one property management system. It is aimed at independent landlords and property managers who want a central workspace across web, iOS, and Android. The platform also supports role-based access for landlords, property managers, renters, and invited members, making it suitable for small teams as well as individual owners managing rental units.
Pricing is based on managed units and billed monthly. The 1–4 units plan costs $5 per unit per month, while 5–10 units costs $4, 11–20 units costs $3, and 21–30 units costs $2.50. The 31–40 units plan costs $2 per unit per month and includes a 90-day money-back guarantee. Paid plans include every feature, automatic volume discounts on the larger tiers, no monthly minimums on the 1–4 units plan, and $0 ACH fees. A free offering covers property listing and marketing; the broader landlord and property-manager toolkit requires a paid subscription. Above 40 units, pricing moves to custom terms.
The feature set is broad for day-to-day rental operations. Shuk Rentals supports online ACH and credit-card payments, autopay, reminders, screening checks, recurring charges, deposits, renewals, e-signatures, maintenance tickets with photo and video attachments, PDF and Excel tax-preparation exports, receipt storage, property-level tagging, and automated late-fee rules. Integrations include Plaid, Dwolla, RentPrep, TransUnion, Adobe, and Get Covered. Choose Shuk Rentals if you want mobile access and a wide operational toolkit priced by unit. It is less suitable if your priority is a free full-featured landlord system or a larger integration ecosystem.
