Showup is an event management platform for organizers running conferences, workshops, meetups, trade shows and other large-scale events. It supports in-person, hybrid and virtual formats through branded landing pages, configurable registration forms, ticketing, payment collection, QR check-in, badge printing, attendee apps, exhibitor lead capture and analytics. The platform is suited to teams that want registration and onsite operations alongside attendee engagement, agendas, networking, polls and session management.
The published plans are organized by event type and delegate count. Both paid-event and free-event options include a free tier with a live event page, attendee dashboard and basic QR check-in. Higher tiers add capabilities such as secure payment gateways, automated emails, advanced analytics, WhatsApp notifications, priority support and custom badge printing. The largest tiers add premium onboarding, dedicated management and hardware consulting; enterprise security appears in the 701+ paid-event tier. Prices are shown in INR, listed prices exclude 18% GST, and payment gateway charges are billed separately.
