Shore is a cloud-based platform for salons, beauty businesses, spas, wellness providers, healthcare practices, and other service businesses. It combines online booking, calendar and customer management, employee and resource scheduling, automated reminders, payment collection, reporting, POS, inventory controls, and DATEV export. Customers can book through a business website, Google, Instagram, or Facebook. Shore runs in a browser, with an iPad POS app and smartphone browser access for calendar management.

The published plans separate booking and point-of-sale needs. Booking costs €49.90 per month and includes an online calendar, customer management, reminders, and Google Calendar integration. Booking + Marketing costs €69.90 per month and adds bookable add-ons, email marketing, employee management, and PayPal integration. POS also costs €49.90 per month, while POS+ costs €69.90 per month and adds a customer display app, tips, inventory management, and pre-accounting. All-in-One costs €119.90 per month and combines the Booking + Marketing and POS+ features. Prices are regular monthly prices excluding VAT; the pricing page also displays promotional prices for the first 12 months. A 14-day free trial is available.

Shore’s main strength is breadth for businesses that want booking and retail operations connected in one system. It supports group booking, booking limits, cancellation and rescheduling controls, online prepayment or payment during booking, and integrations including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Instagram, Facebook, PayPal, Google, and DATEV. The trade-off is a one-way calendar sync, which may matter to teams needing deeper calendar coordination. Businesses in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland that need POS alongside scheduling should consider All-in-One; those seeking booking without retail operations may find the Booking plans more appropriate.
