ShopMaster is salon management software for hair, beauty and barber businesses. It brings appointment management, client records, point of sale, inventory control, staff reporting, reminders, marketing, packages and loyalty rewards into one web-based product. The positioning suits solo operators, multi-staff salons and multi-location groups in Australia and New Zealand, particularly businesses looking for core booking and POS functions rather than a narrowly focused commission platform.

Pricing is structured around two monthly plans. ShopMaster costs 117 per month and includes appointment management, client data management, SMS reminders, point of sale, stock control and inventory, plus sales reports, operator statistics and a commission system. ShopMaster Enterprise costs 139 per month and includes ShopMaster, SMConnector and Web HQ. It adds online bookings, online customer self-check-in, a head office website, 24/7 data backup, and automated reminders, confirmations, marketing and Google Reviews. Both published prices are monthly amounts shown as valid for 12 months.

The product’s breadth is its main strength: salons can manage service history, payments, stock reordering, staff rosters, campaigns, service packages and loyalty rewards alongside appointments. @MasterPAY supports payments, while Google Reviews and the Enterprise components extend the customer and multi-site workflow. The trade-off is platform scope: ShopMaster is web-only, and the more advanced booking, self-check-in, backup and head-office capabilities sit in Enterprise. Salons that need everyday scheduling, POS and operational reporting should find the feature mix relevant; businesses seeking a specialist commission-management system or native app coverage should look elsewhere.
